Ok, I went out this morning and met with Terry From JT Dive shop.
Field:
1. I checked out the spot that we can have, its about perfect, half open field with short grass, Half lightly "LIGHTLY" wodded. But enough that it will add some cover. But its perfect for what Im thinking.
Money:
1. As far as what its gonna cost us to have the field. We talked and agreed on maybe doing a 6 omthe lease on the field. Were looking at $350 a month. With 10 players, thats 50 a monthe. (with a little left over). with a $20 walk on fee. I think its pretty resonable. We dont HAVE to buy stuff from him. But if we get this big enough, he will start carrying ammo, renter guns, ect.
So,
Members: $50 a monthe
Unlimited Play
Tee-Shirt? maybe, well see.
ID card for proof of membership (entry into games)
Eligable for giveaways, free entry and trips to big games.
Walk-ons: $20 a game
maybe a fee (donation) for use of the charging station.
Theres electrical out there, and he has a fridge out there for sodas and stuff. Plus we can get a cooler for water. He also has a grill out there so we can get hotdogs, stuff like that.
I want teh Moderators to vote on this. I also want sugestions.
We will need a lease agreement, or I will talk to him to see if he can get one. But It needs to include the property that were gonna put on it.
