Remove the motor plate from the existing hand grip, remove motor... Remove the hand grip mounting screws which are inside the grip and then install the new one.

So it may not have the same mounting holes, or motor hole. humm....well ahve to see when it gets in. Lemme know and Ill help you out with it.
