The Operations ARA started holding last year in January were intended to provide local and regional airsoft players with a quality Milsim game to attend during the usual "slow" time of the year. Ball Drop filled this need for some time, but as we all know that is no longer the case. Last year, Operation Close Call was cancelled due to extreme bad weather. Unfortunately, this year due to the lack of support from local and regional airsoft teams, Operation Meltdown has been cancelled as well. I Know there are a few new games that are held in the later Fall and Winter months now than last year. Unless there is greater support from local and regional teams for a late winter game, ARA will not attempt to host a game other than the Bright Rain series of games at D.A.R.C. which do have good local and regional support. We apologize to those that were planning to attend Operation Meltdown, but we do not wish to offer any game that is not worth your time and money and without the proper number of players this is not possible.
